My english test 1 was released just now
It's no bad (i think so haha)
Feel happy...

But my grammer and sentences structure need to improve alot
My essay fulled with red color
Haha...all mistake
Anyway, i wish my eng will better than previous
PROMISED
It doesn't matter even improve a little bit only....
BUT,
Its matter actually to me,
I want improve, get better and betterrrr
At least i know

Sem 1 result released

I feel stomachache now...
1st step i walked into the exam department...
All my friends were there
i was so scare
my hands were cold
After all gethered,
Alex was the 1st person get the result and opened..
3.39 he get
and then Dom...
3.45 he get
Jason...

I called my brother.
He told me :"3.45 is ok...but should be better because 3.45 is not far from 3.0"
He is a good student, 4.0 every test, exam
Now, what can i do is just only work hard, work hard and work hard

Bio note

Definition
- DNA has a repeating, antiparallel helical structure formed by complementary base pairing of nucleotides proposed by Watson and Crick
- AT/GC rule is explained purines (A and G) always bond with pyrimidines (T and C)
- original DNA strands are used as templates for the synthesis of new DNA strands.
- semiconservative mechanism is half parental strand and half new strand

Origin of replication is a site within a chromosome that serves as a starting pooint for DNA
Begininig, two DNA strands unwind. Replication process is start with primer and new DNA is made in the 5' to 3' direction.
Nucleotides bind to parental strands according to the AT/GC rule and are linked together to form daughter strands.
Process continuesssssssssssssssss......
until produce 2 double helices with the same base sequence.
Leading strand is synthesis of the leading strand begins in the direction of the replication fork.
Lagging strand is made as a series of small fregments that areentually cinnected to each to form a continues strand.
Okazaki fragment is a short fragment of DNA create on lagging strand during the replication process
